At Imbeleko Foundation, every child we support carries more than their own dream — they carry the hopes of a rural community that deserves opportunity, dignity, and a future as bright as any city skyline.
For 15 years, we have walked alongside orphaned and vulnerable children in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa — providing world-class education, mentorship, nutrition, digital skills, and holistic care. From a handful of girls in a small rural village, Imbeleko has grown to touch the lives of over 10,000 children and youth.
But we cannot do this alone. Every child we serve is a seed of possibility. Your support waters that seed — turning potential into graduates, innovators, leaders, and change-makers.
Our Urgent Call
Right now, Imbeleko faces a critical turning point. With your partnership, we can ensure that no rural child is left behind.
$2,000 per learner — Keep 50 learners in school at our Hybrid Academy (tuition, nutrition, uniforms, digital access, and psychosocial care).
$750 per learner — Sustain STEM teachers & the Blended Learning Afterschool Programme for a full year, reaching 1,000 learners across 20 rural schools.
Build Our School — Help fund new classrooms for a 500-learner campus so no child is turned away. We cannot take in new learners because we have run out of space.

Londiwe Madondo joined Imbeleko Foundation in Grade 9 through our Boarding School Scholarship Programme. She not only excelled academically — graduating with 6 As in Matric — but also became the first in her family to attend university.
